The Association complies with laws and regulations on the privacy policy and properly handles personal information.

When acquiring personal information, the Association makes efforts to clarify the purpose of use and obtains them in a proper and equitable means.

Personal information obtained is used according to the purpose of use as clarified or within the reasonable relevance to the extent necessary for business. When sharing personal information with third parties or consigning it to third parties, the Association supervises them to use the information properly.

4) Provision of personal information to third parties

Except as otherwise provided by law, the Association does not provide third parties with personal information without prior consent of the person.

5) Management of personal information

The Association keeps personal information correct and up-to-date, manages it safely, and takes proper and necessary security measures to prevent it from being lost, tampered, leaked, etc.

6) Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and deletion of personal information

By recognizing that the person him/herself has a right to seeking disclosure, correction, suspension of use and deletion of his/her personal information, the Association responds to such requests immediately according to the law.

7) Provision of personal information to third parties

The Association properly manages personal information by establishing an appropriate handling system for business purposes.

8) Formulation and implementation of privacy policy compliance program

To observe the privacy policy, the Association formulates a privacy policy compliance program, makes it known to persons in the Association through education and training, and maintains it in the highest level by improving continuously.
